Shipping Policy

At Couch Cocoon™, we are committed to getting your new favourite wearable blanket to you quickly and smoothly — so you can get cosy, sooner.

 Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2–6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 Pre-Orders:

Founders Edition Couch Cocoons are pre-order items.

Estimated dispatch: 4–5 weeks from your order date.

You’ll receive email updates at production start, after quality check, and once your order has shipped.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship them together once the pre-order item is ready.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (Australia):

 Standard Shipping – 3–7 business days | Flat rate $9.95

Express Shipping – 1–3 business days | Flat rate $14.95

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location.

 Tracking Your Order:

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your Couch Cocoon’s journey to your door.

 International Shipping:

Not available yet — but coming soon. Join our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch worldwide delivery.

 Delays:

Delivery may take longer during peak periods, carrier disruptions, or public holidays. We’ll keep you updated if this happens.

 Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
