Return Policy
At Couch Cocoon™, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return:
Email us at Michael@couchcocoon.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds:
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item or colour, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at Michael@Couchcocoon.com.au. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
